The Shoppes at NorthVillage is located just north of Wal-Mart at the northeast corner of Cook Road and the North Belt Highway in St. Joseph, Mo.
From Kansas City: Take I-29 North to Exit 50 (US Highway 169 Exit). Head south on Rochester Road to Cook Road. Take Cook Road west to the North Belt Highway.
